The Canadian Goose. Yes we would eat it and have many times. They are mainly dark meat. When preparing this meat, it takes special types of cooking and baking, to make the meat tender. It is really good meat. We Love it and another special bird meat we hunt and eat are the Peasant. They are so good. We Love duck meat too. There is lots of meat on the Canadian Goose.
