If you bought a hamster when staying in Taiwan, can you take it to Canada?
and the pet's going to stay there permantly, is that do-able?

I would call either the consulate in Canada or the Department of Agriculture and see what the quarantine period is, if any. Then check with the airline and see what their requirements are. They are all different.

i dont think u can do that. maybe u will need this special permit or pay more money to do that.
