Easy answer: hard work. You can get the best education, get hired by a great company, but it all boils down to your work ethic and how you handle the tasks assigned to you. Be thorough, diligent, and not afraid to work 12 hours a day.

IMO when you love what you do, you can go as far as you want to and become successful. When you do something that you love, then you have it made and everything else falls into place. ALso it's important to stay focused and always want to be and do the best that you can.
