Taking her to the most favourite spot she likes is the best gift that would suit both your budget and your intention.
Eg1 : if she likes to go to the beach, why don't you ask her to go along, spending fun time together there, as siblings ??
Eg2 : she loves diving, have her one day of snorkeling session, with you as a company.
Eg3 : she'd never miss a single concert in town. Make her go with you (only the two of you), and have a great time there.

A nice collection of what I like to call "girly things" that you pick out individually would be great. Like today I bought my daugher a mixture of fruit smelling glitter body spray, a nice leather bag for them, and then i added some lotions, and body washes. What a great gift for any female--regardless of age, and you get to perosnalize the gift and put in what you want, and the bag for them to store your gift is the perfect accessory to it
