It's likely food poisoning or a stomach virus, but it could also be something much worse or life threatening. You are not a doctor, nor are we. You need to see one so they can check for additional symptoms even you may not be aware of. Please seek medical help, and if you can't afford it please go to a free clinic. There are TONS in every major metro city. As far as liquids, continue to drink water but drink room temperature water. Don't drink very cold or very warm. Drink SLOWLY. In small sips and mouthfuls. Not half a glass at a time. Don't drink gatorade, it's primarily sugar and when you're sick the few electrolytes you get from it aren't worth the damage the sugar does.

Take some Milk of Magnesia, or Mylanta, or Pepto Bismol. And Tylenol for the pain. Eat crackers to absorb acid up. Don't drink acidy drinks.

Going to a doctor is always a great place to start! If you don't have health insurance or don't trust doctors, I would just take a day or two off and relax, eat bland foods like toast and apple sauce, drink pleanty of water, maybe seltzer to help calm your stumoch, and sleep alot and when your not sleeping, watching tv or reading and taking deep breaths to help calm the rest of your body.

Dissolve baking soda in warm water, tablespoon to 4-8 ounce of water. Sip that, it'll neutralize the acid and cut the smell, also settles your stomach.

if you have been throwing up for several hours you may need to see a doctor they can prescribe drugs that will stop vomiting and give you an IV to replace your lost fluids. If you cant get to a doctor, chew ice, smell alcohol swab, (or a strong cologne, splash) helps with the nausea. If you are in bed elevate the head of your bed with extra pillows blankets etc.

Give your stomach a rest. Nothing by mouth for a while, then when things feel a bit better, have some clear fluids such as water, gatorade, broth.
Once you can keep the clears down, try some soft foods.
When the soft foods stay down, then try your regular diet.

Depends on where the pain is and if you have a fever with this.....could be a number of things. One of the most serious is of course appendicitis. If not the doctor could give you phenagrin which is very helpful.
