Obviously this means you're sane and have discovered proof. But the ordeal also means if you share the proof, odds are strong it'll just be written off as another prank or people assume you're insane. Would you try to save other by informing them, or try to pretend it never happened?

My goal is only to make you think...nothing more.

Wow, some people have no concept of a theoretical question. I'm not being serious saying this is likely. I'm merely trying to see how many would think the situation through before making a choice. This demonstrates sociology and psychology.

If the world will be destroyed, what's the point in telling anyone? It would just cause mass panic and hysteria.

I'd try and find out if any of my friends came from the vicinity of Betelgeuse and had an intergalactic hitchhiking device handy. And I'd be sure to always know where my towel was.

On a more serious note, I'd first try and figure out whether it would be possible to prevent the Earth's destruction. If so I'd take the information to whoever I thought would be capable of preventing it. If not, the next best thing would be to try figure out if it was possible to save any lives and/or preserve the human race (eg by having some people transported to the alien spacecraft or whatever). If so, I'd take the information to whoever I thought was in the best position to achieve this.

I'd tell a few people that were close to me but they probably wouldn't believe me anyway. If I was able to write down exactly what the proof was in a scientific way that was understandable, maybe I'd send letters to a bunch of scientists, etc. and hope that maybe one would be able to make sense of it. Other than that, there's nothing I could do so I'd just keep living my life. Maybe I'd post some flyers about it too just so people could think about it.

No i wouldn't tell anyone accept the people i love and they can tell the people they love then i would try to bargain with the aliens (assuming they speak english) and then gather all the people i mentioned earlier and give them protection by having them join me on the space ship or saucer or wherever they tok me. That's what i would do. And i'm not being sarcastic.

Yes I would share the information because if the world was going to end then I would want to spend the rest of the time with my family.

I don''t want to sound like a freak but how does anyone else know that there isnt other life forms, our solar system is like one out of a million or billion just in our galaxy not including all the other galaxies out there, i mean there have got to be other life forms out there, fascinating.

Well, if the world is going to be destroyed, do I get to go with the aliens or do I get destroyed with everything else? Because if I'm going to be destroyed along with everything else, then I'd have nothing to lose really by telling anyone.

Hmmm...I'd probably try to strike up a deal with the aliens for me and my close friends/family. Perhaps we can live on their planet. I think that if I told anyone they'd probably think I was crazy, but then again - the government probably has knowledge of aliens and they just don't share it with us.
