You have some visible symptoms, right?
Tell one of them that you would like for a doctor to check it out.

There is almost NO chance that you're going to fool your grandparents. They were not born yesterday!
There will be even greater frustration on their part if you attempt to hide it and hope that it will go away.

If you are adult enough to make the choices that you are making, then you need to be mature enough to take care of the consequences without allowing it to get worse. If you end up in the hospital, it will only become more expensive and time-consuming for them.

Since you are already acting a bit strangely deciding how to hide the evidence, do you want to tell them now OR wait for them to ask YOU? They do have your best interests at heart though they will not likely be pleased with your choices.

Best thing to do is to talk to your grandparents and get the medical care you need. You could also look for a planned parenthood clinic in your area - which is generally free/low cost, but I'm not sure if you'd need a guardian okay for treatment.

Regardless if you tell them or not you need to get treated for your STD/infection. GO to your local Planned Parenthood or free clinic, they provide services at lower costs, sometimes free.

Planned Parenthood: (search for a center near you at the top)

http://www.plannedparenthood.org/

They usually have counselors or qualified staff you can talk to for support.

Don't wait, take responsibility of your body and your health.

Good luck.

If you are in serious need of medical attention, you should go to the hospital. Tell them you have no income, they will still treat you. Most states have emergency medicare (Arizona for one) and they will take care of it. As for your grandparents, well, if you are 18 or older, they have no right to pry into your medical records, so you're safe from that. I wouldn't go so far as to lie to them (that's really up to you), but you could tell them that something is really wrong "downstairs" and that you need to get it checked out as soon as possible. Don't mess around with that kind of stuff, if you get something like syphilis, you could actually go insane in the later untreated stages. Good luck. Sorry that you have to deal with this stuff, I'm sure it blows.

Find a counselor near you, there are free clinics every where...talk to a professional about what you have and be prepared to answer any questions your grandparents may have. They are not stupid just because they are old..they probably already know something is wrong...they are just waiting for you to come to them.

Go to planned parent hood and explain what has happened to them. I don't like them but they are confidential or you could go to PRC or talk to a counselor and they can get you help...
