She may have a sexual fetish. I can't recall the name of it, but there are people who have a fetish for eliminating body waste during sex. The urine part I remember; it's called watersports. I forget what the poop one is called. If she really can't help it, she needs to go to the doctor, but I have a feeling she's a fetish girl. Personally, unless you're into this, you need to get a new girlfriend. Pee is bad enough, but the poop thing is just way too disgusting and weird.

I was going to say that sometimes when you hit a woman's G spot it may feel like urination but the it's just a secretion that is really intense because you hit the bulls-eye - but if she's shitting not sure what that means!

My guess is that asking her to visit the bathroom before sex might help - and/or asking her to cut down on the amount she drinks beforehand.
Some folks are into this - and perhaps she "accidentally on purpose" does this.
Suggestion though - reduced drinks and ask her to take a leak before you have sex. If this is a gf rather than a wife and she refuses to "dry up" - you might need to decide if this is going to be a worthwhile relationship for you.

She may not be urinating. She is having a orgasm but its more fluid. We tend to call it "squirting". So just be calm and enjoy it.

I would suggest to her that she see a doctor. I have heard of urinting during sex but sounds like she may have other medical issues.
