Perspiration marks: Sponge white vinegar into the stain and then launder as usual.

Do not use regular bleach. Try making a baking soda paste and apply it to the stains. After setting overnight put oxiclean with your detergent and wash with how water and rinse with cold and they should come out clean.
You also can use lemon juice and do it the same way as the above!

soak the garment in white vinegar overnight, in cold water. I had success with this method.

shout! it gets rid of like everythinggg..make sure you include detergent still and it helps if you rub it in a little
