I'm wondering if killer whales have been known to attack humans.
I've seen what they do to seals and its pretty grim. Have any humans met that same fate?

Most certainly they are wild animals, they aren't like dogs which attack people too. If you are in the water with them they could most certainly attack and kill you just as if you were a seal. Any animal in nature is possible of attacking hunmans.

I think only the trainers and other captors of Orcas have been hurt/killed in encounters with the mammals. I can find no accounting of attacks otherwise. Perhaps some one else will.
