Is there a way to only receive emails from people in my address book?

Outlook express? Every day I get 10 or so emails from unknown and have to block sender. I now have 184 blocked sender on the list. Can I somehow make it that I only recive emails from my contacts and friends????

yes then you have to use the spam guard,when you visited the sites they hold your email id and now they are sending email to you, you can unsubscribe them,or use the spam guard, no other way,,sorry

Yes go into your mail preferances & put only people in my address book.Good Luck
