you need to update your ipod, just plug it into your computer and your done!! it has happened to me, all i did was plugged it into my computer and then let it update then when it said ok to dissconnect, i unplugged it and it played my songs! hope this helped!

It is either the quality of music tracks you are using or the amount of music tracks you are uploading to the iPod.
For the first, you may want to find a better sharing program.
For the second, you should always keep a bit of space below the maximum capacity of an iPod free or else it will start to bug up.

It probably has something to do with where you downloaded your music from.
