You can create a free account and set up an "ovulation calandar" so it will show you your most fertile days, along with really informative articles. I've read a lot about getting pregnant, but I've definitely learned a bunch from that site! Its so frustrating because every woman is different in ovulation, pregnancy symptoms, how soon we know we're pregnant and so on. GOOD LUCK!!

Once the woman ovulates and semen is present, then yes she can get pregnant.
Sperm can live anywhere from 24 to 72 hours, so depending on the egg there is every possibility that the sperm will get to the egg at the right time.
