Their isn't a definitive answer for that question. Just like everything else in the world music preference varies. One person might prefer the Big Band Era, while another might prefer Nineties Pop. It just depends...

There is no definite answer to that question, in my eyes. I think that would be a matter of taste in music and opinion. But if you want my opinion on it I think the mid 90's to now. Hope this helps.
