Could it be that you stuck your foot in your mouth ?

Probably a result of always sticking your foot in your mouth. After a while it, like Topsy, just grows and grows and grows.

Perhaps it is a parasitic twin. Is it's toe nails long? If so, is it scratching your neck?

i think it could be a sign of cancer or skin diesease so you should proably go to your doctor immedatly.
