Where is the hole u put tampon in...Im so humiliated, but i need to know...help!?

Theres a piece of paper with instruction of how u insert a tampon, if it's your first time try a small one until u get use to it. U squat and insert through the vagina hole or the hole where the bloods coming out, just relax so that the vaginas muscle relax too, not tide easier to insert the tampon but always remember to let the string hang out and don't live the tampon for more then 4 hours it depends how heavy your period is.
