Have you seen the Lost moments that have been previewed every Wednesday during Lost's hiatus? The last one showed Jack in the cage previously inhabited by Sawyer. He seemed pissed. So it appears Henry was not very fond of Jack's maneuver as he placed Jack in the jail cell.

What makes you think Jack will let him recover? Of course he will, but if he didn't what would happen? Jack was only interested in saving Kate and I don't think she'll go anywhere without Sawyer
