i am a 21 male, and over the last week or two, have had a burning sensation when i urinate, and also its quite squirty. however sometimes when i go to the toilet its just been normal, it seems to flare up in the morning and early arvo, but by dinner will be fine. just wondering if anyone could tell me what it could be, and what could have caused it. i haven't had sex for about 6 weeks or so, and used protection, but could there be another cause? do these things just happen? whats the best to help the problem?

Go see the doctor. It sounds like a bladder infection, and if it is, they will give you antibiotics to take for about a week. In the meantime, drink a lot of water to help try to flush the infection out.

Number one...to get a real diagnosis you should schedule and appointment with a urologist or your family doctor. You will probably need to do the standard "pee in a cup" to have your urine tested...
Number two...if the burning gets too bad before you get to the doctor you can get something called "Uro-standard" over the counter. It is an analgesic that will get rid of the burning feeling. It will also cause your urine to change colors, but this is normal.

Probably a Urinary Tract Infection or a Bladder Infection....but could be a STD (Sometimes they don't show up for 30+ days after sex, even with protection they can be transferred.)

Check with a doctor to make sure...good luck!

you could have a urinary tract or bladder infection, its not too common in men but they do occur. sometimes drinking a large bottle of cranberry juice or water with lemon can help by acidifying the urine which doesnt let bacteria grow. Avoid hot&spicy, smoking, avoid alcohol , easy on the coffee. If it doesnt improve see a doctor for antibiotics

Could be a kidney infection. If so, you need to go to the doctor. Kidney infections are very rare in males and sometimes could lead to something very serious.

Since it only seems to happen at certain times of the day. MAYBE you are pulling on it to hard or to much. Cut back on the Jacking Off and see if that helps....

You could have a bladder infection, see your doctor.
Cranberry juice is said to be good for warding off urinary infections, try a glass before bed.

well from experience id say that the last chick you had sex with most likely had Clymidia or Aids and that you will die a painful and lonely death because there is no cure. Should have wrapped it up tight. hahahahaha...
