Keep yourself hydrated, take a multivitamin, keep them painted to deter you from wanting to bite, moisturize your nails and cuticles often (vitamin E oil is good).

Buy the "Stop Nail" stuff you paint it on your nails and then when you try to bite them you get a really nasty taste in your mouth. You can buy the stuff @ drugstores like riteaid or something

I have the same problem. What I'm trying now is concentrating on letting two nails (one on each hand) grow. Once those get long enough, I continue on the next two.

you just take good care of the nails you got know and dont put to much nail polish on them, then eventually they'll start to grow. And to stop habbit of bitting them just put nail polish remover on them. Then you wont want to taste that smell from the nail polish remover.

If you can afford it, getting acrylic/porcelain/gel nails at a nail salon will break that habit in no time! your nails looks gorgeous, and theyre too thick to bite/rip off =)

Yep...manicure.or... just polish them at home. If you keep them nice looking you won't want to bite them. I would also use a nail strengthener.
good luck
