Suborbital flights will start at $200,000. Orbital passenger flights have already been done for $20 million, but the price is going UP to $25 million.

it depends on who you fly with.

Virgin Galactic (who teamed up with Burt Rutan and Scaled Composites, winner of the X-Prize) is offering flights for roughly $200,000 with a 10% deposit up front.

the Russian space program is offering flights as well...$200,000 for a sub-orbital flight and 20 million for actual space flight and docking with the International Space Station.

There are a multitude of smaller companies that are working on space-tourism, so keep on a lookout.
