Because she used to laugh at Rudolph and call him names - that's the reason. The previous answers do not display a sense of humour do they.

It's "all of the other reindeer."
Now, they did however make a cartoon later on called "Olive, the other reindeer" but it has nothing to do with the song.

lol. Because he smelled like an olive. It was easier to make fun of Rudolf for having a red nose than deal with the truth that he smelled like an olive.
