in any country if the right to information act is implemented,politicians and bureaucrats become accountable ,corruption can easily be eliminated .

Generally speaking, you can't eliminate corruption. If you want to eliminate it, then just shoot all human beings and you won't have corruption.

The best way to elliminate corruption is to Learn Before You Vote. Search for the best candidates and do your reasearch. Find the guys that will make big changes.
