-I would start Kansas City. They will be playing a terrible Oakland team that has a bad running game. This means that Oakland might pass on every down, after the first quarter. With KC's 14th ranked pass defense, they should be able to at least pick the ball off one-two times, and get a couple of sacks.
-Even though San Francisco is playing Arizona, this game might be a shootout. San Fran might get a pick or a couple of sacks, but the score is going to be high, so you wont score that many points
-Tampa Bays defense isnt as good as it used to be, I wouldnt play them.
-Washington goes up against St Louis's high powered offense (Bulger-Jackson-Holt), and I wouldnt play them either. St Louis is going to score a lot of points, and wont turn the ball over much

The Oakland Raiders have the worst scoring offense in the NFL. Only averaging 11 points per game. All of their players have given up. It's free double digit points if you play any defense that goes against Oakland. You have to start any defense that plays Oakland. So start Kansas City defense.
Below is a list of scoring offenses in the NFL up to this point in the season so you can see everything you need to see for yourself.

The Oakland Raiders are my favorite team, but they make any defense look great! Take Kansas City because they'll get more than a couple of turnovers and you'll get bonus points just because of how few points the Raiders come up with.

I would take the Chiefs defense because Oakland has a horrible offense. They don't score many points and they have a really bad offensinve line. They barely give theri quarterbacks 2 and a half seconds also during the run they commit many penelties and they miss plenty of blocks.

Wow. All of those are pretty poor choices.
I'd go with Tampa due to the fact their playing Cleveland.
Simply because they are the weakest team any of these defenses are facing.
