No, they are not related in any way, it's just a coincidence they have the very same names, in fact Soledad last name is not her maiden name..☺

Man I have seen this question asked before (maybe by you). They are not related Soledad grew up O'Brien because she has a father of Irish ancestry and then later married a guy named Brad Raymond and kept her name. and Miles names has always been O'Brien. I don't understand why it's so hard to believe.
If their last name was Shekelgruber, then I would be asking the question, but while O'Brien is not as common as Smith, Johnson or Williams, it is pretty common in the U.S.
