I just watched it and he wasn't anywhere to be seen. Also, are they making another one? Well, they must be considering the ending was a total cliff hanger....

he was supposed to be in it, but it ended up he wasn't. he is most likely in the next one as capt. jack's father!!!
and yeah, they are TOTALLY making another movie!! it's called PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: AT WORLD'S END and it comes out MAY 25, 2007!!!!!!! i CAN'T WAIT!!!! ;)

Yes there is one more installment of Pirates of the Caribbean.....Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End is slated for release on May 25, 2007. As far as I know this is the final movie in which Keith Richards supposedly makes his cameo as Captain Jack Sparrow's father. Everywhere I've read, that was supposed to happen in Dead Man's Chest, but I didn't see him either.

Actually Johnny Depp admitted that he founded his efficiency of Jack Sparrow on Keith Richards. Yeah, I suppose that Keith is a satisfactory guitarist, I imply suppose of all the ones immediately recognizable and notorious guitar riffs that he got here up with through the years.

Well, he was supposed to be in Pirates 2 but he was on a tour and couldn't make it. He has already finished his part for pirates 3 a couple of months ago. Many sources said that he got so drunk on set that the director had to hold his ankles while he acted so he wouldn't sway. As for his role in the movie I have heard that it is going to be a flashback with young Jack (I forget the actors name). So he may not even get to act with Johnny.

Yeah, I rented it just to see Keith's cameo...it was in the trailers for Pirates of the Caribbean 2 - oh well...we'll have to wait 'til next year...
