Dogbone-shaped pillow (my head is on a regular pillow)
Sometimes hugged to the chest, other times placed behind my back or between the knees for comfort. Usually ends up on the floor by morning.

My body pillow and my 3 fuzzy blankets and sometimes my teddy bear, and sometimes my oxygen mask, if I feel like using it.
