Did north vietnamese soldiers use any terrorist methods during the Vietnam War or right before it?

they used guerilla tactics because US had better weapons. they also dug really expansive tunnel systems in the groundwith traps and dead ends.
and the biggest ones had bomb shelters, kitchens, hospitals, and weapon storage rooms. and wells.

The North Vietnamese used tactics, of combat and war! they did not use Terrorist activities like are being displayed in our occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan .Nor did they use such terrorist activites right before, we attacked the Gulf.
