I'm guessing that it's when a bunch of people get together to share their special talents while having a laughing gas of a time! If you plan to join, you may want to eat a lot of beans and tilt your opposite axis ninety degrees. With all the extra methane in the air, it may help provide more fertilizer for plants in the community.
