hey what is the best long lasting black eyeliner? mine always seems to come off. ugh.

Go with a liquid liner. MAC has great eyeliners that don't come off easily. Waterproof liquid liners I find are the greatest. They don't smudge easily and it gives a nice dramatic look.

Revlon Colorstay Black liquid eyeliner. I've been using it for years.

I use cover girl eye makers. I use midnight brown to draw in my eyebrows and it's waterproof and it works great. I've been using it for years and no problem. They do have it in black and they cost around 3 bucks for a pack of 2 and a free sharpener. Good luck!

covergirl outlast smoothwear, it really stays on all day i've tried lots of many different eyeliners and they all come off except for this one. good luck

liquid eyeliner is easy to put on and stays on unless you get it wet
just be careful not to put too much on

i like cover girl--pencil eyeliner. I've heard that the liquid kind is not good b/c it grows bacteria. i know benefit's bad gal also works (http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?cm_re=S10505*Grid*P0339&id=P0339&categoryId=S10505&shouldPaginate=true)

I just found that Revlon's waterproof twist up stays on great. They have another waterproof one, too (Colorstay).

oh my god..fliud line by MAC is the best stuff i have ever used. i apply it with an angle brush and it lasts ALL day and doesn't smudge! it's AMAZING. i swear by it!
