As long as there is hate there will be no peace. There is no shortage of hatred in Lebanon. I would expect Hezbollah to take over control of the government in the next 1-2 years. Then there may be quasi-peace, followed by a war with Israel.

It seems that Lebanon is a Christian government and terrorists will not stop short of killing the Christians in government in order to take the country over.

i'm in Beirut perfect now - my first time right here. i like it right here - inspite of each and all the hatred (do not ask - anybody I meet right here hates somebody or some team...). a minimal of there are categories of folk right here and different factors of view - and (a minimal of now) no-one is killing one yet another over it (a minimal of not community Lebanese). the region is beautiful, the human beings are heat and friendly and the ladies would properly be themselves (not all hiding in the back of veils and under gowns).
