The same Liberals who want to do away with recess in school so their children don't get hurt are complaining about how fat America is getting.

No. Kids get so bored sitting in a class for 7/8 hours a day! They need to get outside and run off some energy. School shouldn't be all work, work, and work. Should have some fun!!

No, no, no, no.
No.
Why?
Because kids (especially at that age) have A LOT of energy, and they need to blast it. Recess is good for that.
Without it, they would not concentrate as well as they could, because they have not gotten a snack and have unvented energy!

No. Exercise and the release of energy are important parts of the learning and development process.

No, young children need that break to get all their energy out. It'll help them focus again when studies resume.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. KIDS IN THIS AGE BRACKET NEED A TIME AND A PLACE TO BURN OFF SOME OF THEIR ENERGY. IT WOULD BE CRUEL AND PROBABLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THEM TO STAY SEATED ALL DAY.
