people with mental illness know that they have an illness but what usually happens with people who are schizophrenic when they are on their medication and it works for them they seem to think they are cured/well. and they stop taking it. this causes them to regress. they then are either to paranoid or ill to start the medication again and usually have to go to a psychiatric hospital to get med stabilized.

Usually a crazy will think others are that are telling him he is crazy are the real crazies. Crazies don't think they are crazy.. the think everyone else is.
Repeat the word "crazy" to yourself over and over.... this word is one of those that starts to sound really strange after repeated several times

I think there's good crazy and bad crazy. Good crazy usually know they are crazy. Bad crazy think that they are okay and that everyone else is crazy.

Most people who are crazy do not know that they are crazy and assume they are living normal lives or live in denial. People who say they are crazy aren't.

I'm normal the 5 shrinks I go to on a weekly basis say so I think its you thats crazy
