The region where ax+by+c<0 (or for that matter > or >= or <=0) can be obtained by drawing the straight line ax+by+c=0 and then choosing an arbitrary point P(x,y) on either side of it. For P, evaluate the sign of A=ax+by+c, and if it is the same as required then that is the region of interest else it is the other one on the opposite side of the line. Note that such a region is always a semi-plane (in Euclidean space).
So draw all three, to find the region.
You can straightaway solve the equations obtained by replacing the inqualities with = and solving them pairwaise.

1. This is a right triangle with vertices, (-5,3], (0,3], and the last one is the intersection of y=3-x and x=5 or (5, y=3--5=8] where the square bracket refers to the y>=3

2. Now I just graphed it out to find the vertices;
where y=2-x and y=x-2 meet ie where y=y or 2-x = x-2 so that
2x = 4 or x=2; when x=2, then y=2-2=0 or (2,0)
Where x=-2 and y=2-x meet or x=-2 so that y = 2-(-2) = 4 or
(-2,4)
And where y=x-2 and x=-2 meet or x=-2, y = (-2)-2 = -4 or
(-2,-4)

The first one makes a right triangle with vertices at (-5,8), (-5,3), and (0,3). The right angle is at (-5,3), while the other two vertices are the endpoints of the hypotenuse. Graph it and you'll see.

The second also makes a triangle with vertices at (-2,4), (-2,-4), and (2,0)
