Of course my lips are slightly parted before I kiss my man. But... you should always know to kiss with a slightly parted smoocher, then move in and close them gently around your partner's (preferrably bottom) lip... even if there is no tongue.

Usually a kiss is much better and more spine-tingling when done slowly, gently, sensually, and withOUT the tongue
