he can, haven't you ever seen the dancing santa's in the mall or walmart? he can swivel his hips with the best of them.

He can't dance because he's dead. He lived approximarely AD 300's in Asia Minor (now Turkey). He's at least 1,300 years dead. Maybe he's dancing in Heaven. Who knows?
