Why cant i print on an index card (8*5in) when i can print on regular paper: *the message shows :Paper Mismatch
Paper detected does not match paper size or type selected.
Change paper and press OK on the hp psc to continue job*
What do i need to do..?

you need to find the item on the print paper list that matches what you are trying to print on

Since it doesn't work go and put regular paper in and cut it out and glue it to the index card!!

Go to your page setup or print setup before you print and specify your paper size there.
