Talk about the kid until they cry. Then when the mom comes over deny everything you just said and while they're walking away the kid is going to look back so stick out you're tongue. Or you could do this, (I've done it one a many times) pay another little kid to kick the other kids butt.

I asked a kid the other day if he had ever been beat by a complete stranger....he went all quiet like I had scared him or something. Could be because I had a belt in my hand....I dunno.
And to answer the question you asked on my questions, nope...not a medical worker, nor does my first name begin with an A....but, keep guessing, I kinda like it.

I laugh and walk the other way... after all, children will be children and act out. No big deal. Anyone who feels the need to smack a child that "offends" them, needs some guidance and a little self assurance.

Depending on the age, I rely on the shock factor of an adult addressing their behavior to shut them up. They are in awe of the fact someone besides a parent is telling them they are a pain in the a s s.

smake em anyways then deney it.. no i am kidding .. if parents are around let them know whats going on if not don't stoop to there level just turn to them and say " i am rubber and you are glue what bounces offf me sticks to you" then follow with blowing a big fat wet rasberry....

ignore them or call the police. Tell the cops that the kid is a nusance and you do not want him near you.

Completely ignore them. I know it can be really difficult, but this child is looking for attention and if they do not get it from you, they will just leave and try to find it elsewhere!

I usually dont say anything i just give him my famous stare down or depending on my mood I might stoop to his level and stick out my tongue. lol
