Is it tacky to wear different pieces of gold jewelry with different stones at the same time? I have earrings with rubies, a bracelet with a tiny pearl and a diamond engagement ring?

It really depends on how big each item is. I'd say make the focus one piece (engagement ring) and make sure the other items are tiny. I'm trying to picture what wrist the bracelet would look best on, and I'm seeing the same wrist as the engagement ring. Make sure everything looks ballanced...

Nope! Lots of jewelery is really in right now and the funkier the better! It sounds unique to me. It can also be a good conversation starter to talk about where you got them all. Not tacky at all!

I guess it's alright as long as it matches the outfit. Don't overdo it with the expensive jewelry, though. You don't want to get the impression that you're trying to show off.

If you think it it satifies the look your trying to achieve GO FOR IT! Who cares if one or two people dont't like it im sure more people will, you may even see other people trying to do it after you. Jsut don't wear it everyday.

all gold that's OK....no its not tacky....if you were wearing silver and gold that would be too much...you should be OK with the different stones!!! Sounds very pretty!!
