I'm an 18 year old girl who is going to studying abroad next year.
Its my first time away from my family, friends&hometown.
Is there any thing i need to know before?Any DO's and DONT's?
Any thing specific I need to bring?
Because I'm so excited and terrified at a same time..

Congratulations! Studying abroad is a wonderful experience, but it will also require some adjustment. You will go from being really excited about your new country to being homesick and wanting to go back in a matter of days, weeks or months. You will need to be strong during this time and not lose sight of the bigger picture - make local friends, talk to your host family and advisors, go out and explore more of that new culture. After you get over that small bump, you will feel more familiar with your surroundings and free to enjoy your time meeting new friends and seeing new places. You will also realize that you are a stronger and wiser person because of it. By the end of your exchange year, you will be really sad that it went by too fast and that you did not get to do everything you wanted. You will be ready to go back home with all the intentions of coming back someday.

Good Luck! :)

I do not know about your country or origin or your are the passport holder of which country, but basically for Australia, IELTS is necessary.I have visited Australia, its a beautiful country and you can look forward to a good life ahead. Please mix with people and students of same age groups.Study hard and ask questions when ever necessary.
