No but if you do drive at night then you have to use your headlights.

Yes, it's the law for one thing. You can actually get a ticket. And it's more for the other drivers' benefit; especially if you have a dark colored car. How are they suppose to see you?

You wouldn't be able to see far and the first cop to see you would give you a ticket if he didn't take you to jail for drunkenness.
