Actually, the first person was mistaken. Yes, Disneyland is the oldest. It opened July 17, 1955. But Walt Disney World opened October 1, 1971 (not October 25.) I know for a fact because I am a Walt Disney World Expert, plus it says so on Wikipedia. That's why Disney's Year of a Million Dreams Celebration began October 1, 2006 - it's the 35th anniversary of Walt Disney World.

Disneyland is much older. It was the first theme park Walt Disney opened. It was opened in 1955. He got the idea when he saw his daughters having fun at an amusmant park.

Dear One, Disneyland is the oldest, not sure about the year, early 60's I think. It is in Anaheim, CA, it use to be and orange grove.
Don't know too much about DisneyWorld.
