He has many different accents when he is acting.
In 'The Man Who Cried' he has a Spanish accent, In 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' he has an American accent, but in 'Pirates of the Caribbean' he has an English accent.
So im not quite sure, but I think he has an american one.
I might add that he does a good job at acting as anyone who has one of those charming cultures like french, spanish and a polland person (not sure how you define the pollish people) lol.

he's american but he lives in europe so probably the accent kinda caught up to him....i probably would pick up a british accent within a day. Well, actually he lives in france i think. his wife is from france but ya
