I am not talking about they post something that someone else has before I mean one person posts the same question and even have them all in vote at the same time because I did tonight saw it that is.

O.K. I mean where you look in someones Q&A and see the same question like 20 times or something and they all have one or two answers at most and are in vote not open.

yes. probably the first time they asked the question, it took forever to get posted so they resent it again hence there's the same question asked by the same member twice (or more).
