In my own opinion .. rich ppl let their money work for them and poor ppl work for their money .

Not true. Blanket statements like that are wrought with holes. Let's take out the born rich folk from the equation. Let's just look at the newly rich.
They tend to work harder, longer, and smarter than the average person. It doesn't mean they are smarter overall. Having some knowledge and perseverance in money and career matters doesn't make you a brain in other parts of their lives. There are plenty of people that have gotten rich because of skills and/or talent but have lost everything because they aren't that smart in other areas. Musicians and actors are great examples.
On the other hand, some very smart people will never be rich because they couldn't care less about money. Some very smart people spend their lives helping others. Some very smart people get sidetracked or knocked around by life. Some very smart people have jobs/lives they love. If they get rich then even better.
The next nail in this coffin is defining intelligence. What is intelligence?? And, how do you measure it? I refuse to rely solely on IQ test.

Not everyone that is rich is that way by what "they" personally did. Not everyone that is poor has a low intellegence, just have not had an outlet to express. Therefore I feel that quote is very assuming and should not be taken with any kind of authority.
Ex: Paris Hilton is rich. Her money is from her family's fortune. Her only claim to fame is not keep track of her video camera.

Nah, the rich use the smart (the rich are usually the stupid as a famous quote says). The poor are just the people who know how to do the job properly but have the bad luck to be underpaid and appreciated by the rich.

How about this...
"The rich are born rich then become richer for doing nothing but sitting on a nest of money."
Or
"Money can't buy happiness because the rich are always trying to legitimize/justify/rationalize their wealth and make up bullshit stories of harder times so as to disguise or hide their lack of character."
As you might have guessed, I'm not rich, lol.
