Well you're 18 and you're an adult so you should be able to talk to your mom about this. I mean she should understand that at your age, sex is going to happen.
Also you could go to a planned parenthood and get the pill for free. They will ask you questions about your income and all that good stuff. They will do a complete workup on you and make sure that you are healthy down there. Then they will give you the pills at usually no cost if you don't have a job.
You could also tell your mom that you are having menstrual problems and that someone told you that birth control pills will help to regulate your period.
Good luck

being that u r 18 now u should be able to go ur own doctor or a clinic and get on birth control urself although it is good that u two r using spermicide and condoms. I would suggest that u always use condoms no matter what untill u two are serious about ur relationship and married. Pulling out is not 100% effective against preventing STDs, AIDS, HIV, and Pregnancy.I'm sure if ur relationship happens to take a turn for the worse u two dont want to be fighting over a baby. If u would like to talk to ur parents just sit down with ur parents and talk to them. If they dont like the fact that u two r having sex they should at least be glad that u two are practicing safe sex. Be proud that u r starting off somewhat on good terms and take boldness from their by talking with ur parents. Good luck hope I helped.

Do what your heart tells you to. It sounds like your on the right track. Maybe you should wait about having any more sex untill you're engaged then you will have a good reason for exploring birth control. If you can't wait and you decide not to go to your mom condoms would be the best choice because it is the best protection. Look up your local planned parenthood office. They offer free or low cost options.

You should try to go to the county health facility, if you dont have the money to pay for your birth control they will get it for you, they would rather pay for a couple measly pills than pay for a mother and child to be on state aid, they also give you condoms and test you for anything you want, all you have to do is call info and tell them the county you are in and tell them you want the county's health facility. Or go do some research online. Pulling out is not a good way for birth control, trust me I should know....if you know what I mean

you can go to a Health Department and you shouldn't have to pay for it. Don't tell your mom if you think she will hate your b/f, she will figure it out after you announce the engagement, Congrats and Good luck!!!

Pull out doesn't always work
Condoms or no sex at that time is best answer
Marriage is a better answer, if your prego he is responsible
Try this thought, having a baby and giving it up to a stranger
Don't be stupid

Not to be harsh, but if you cannot talk to your parents about being responsible sexually then you should not be having sex. Lying (even by omission) only makes it worse because they will find out one way or the other. The worst way would be by you getting pregnant. Condoms are nice and all, but in the heat of the moment they can be easily forgotten (I am sure you would agree), they can be put on incorrectly and burst, defective from the factory etc. Even if you will get in trouble, that is the bridge you crossed when you decided to become sexually active. Now it is about taking responsibility for your body. Even if they get mad, at least they will know that you respect yourself enough to do so responsibly. That is a good thing. How old are you? That is an important question.

Go to Planned Parenthood and get examined so they can set you up with birth control. They offer free counseling and free birth control for those who cannot afford it.

You and your boyfriend are both 18 and neither of you are working? I started working at 14 and earned my own money. If you are not going to work you need to ask your parents for birth control so you don't end up being pregnant or contracting sexually transmitted diseases.

You really need to be wearing condoms. Pills won't protect you from STD or HIV.
