their O-Line isn't what it used to be.

And tailback U? What did Charles White, Mike Garrett, or Ricky Bell do in the NFL?

But you seem to forget all of the good QBs that went to USC. Tailback U? USC? Afraid not!

Bloomin' heck! Do people really expect someone to take this seriously and rush off to become Christians? If the whole of a person's belief depends on someone performing magic tricks, or seeing deep meaning in trivial coincidence, it's not a belief I'd want any part of. Quite apart from that, the portrait of the atheist professor is a pathetic caricature. No-one teaching at that level would be so unwilling to engage in any debate and get away with it year after year after year - or at least, I darn well hope no higher education system has sunk that low. And I certainly don't think much of a student body that are so utterly cowed. The whole thing is more like a cartoon than real life. I wouldn't send this to anyone, and not only because I'm not a Christian. It's badly written, clearly absurd, expects a level of thinking capacity below what I'd expect of most 8 years olds - and I wouldn't insult anyone I know with it. By the way, that doesn't mean I think you've insulted us - in this context, it's an education!!

considering the starter (for most of the games, C. Washington) was a 1st year starter who spent the last 3 yrs ineligible( 1 of which he red shirted) and the other 2 were TRUE freshman, id say they didnt do that bad. CJ Gable and Emanuel Moody will def have a good battle for the starting job next season. Most likely Gable will be the starter. We also had another back named Stephon Johnson, a true freshman, who was the #1 rated back in CA coming out of high school. he didnt even play. so i think your assessment off of 1 year ( a rebuilding year that still showed great promise) is a lil far fetched.

also, just because the tradition may be that of great backs, it doesnt mean a programs dynamic cant change. we also have great QBs and receivers so if thats are greatest offensive weapon then thats what we should use.

replacing Leinart and Bush ( on the college level) is like asking the 49ers to replace Montana and Rice...as you can see its not so easy...

USC is one of the youngest, if not the youngest, teams in college football. watch out for the Trojans in the title game in 2008!!!!

Because they're following Reggie Bush, he makes everybody look like garbage.

Moody is the only good one but he got injuried. I dont know why their considered "Tail Back U" Only two of their running backs did anything at the next level: Marcus allen and O.j. All of the others have sucked (yes that includes mr. 7 carries for 14 yards Bush) lol
