why did house overdose? i dont get it- and why did he take some oxy stuff other than his vicodin? and how does he suddenly and finnaly get ahold of pain killers without the cop noticing?!

House had tried to go to another clinic and get a prescription for Vicodin. He said he had been in a car accident. The doctor told them that the clinics policy was not to give opiates to people who weren't patients at the clinic because it cut down on drug users. So he had to find another way to get some medicine. House took the oxycontin because he found out the patient had died. First he tried to take them out of the patients room. The patients wife was there and so was Wilson. House made a big scene about something trying to distract from the fact that he was stealing the pills. The dead mans wife told House to leave. Wilson stopped him and pulled the pills out of his pocket. House then went to the pharmacy and picked up the dead man's prescription. Then House went to the cop to take the deal. The cop told him no because they no longer needed Wilson's testimony. They knew he was an addict so they had been watching the pharmacies. They knew House tool the dead man's prescription. So House went home got drunk and took all the pills because he knew he it was over.

I don't know why he overdosed. But, I do know that he went to the hospital pharmacy and got a prescription (hence, the Oxy instead of Vicodin) for a patient of Wilson's. Incidentally, the patient was already dead. The cop actually knew that he had gotten the meds because he had to sign for them at the pharmacy and he (the cop) had been checking the pharmacy logs. He's the one that told that the patient had already died when House got the meds.

ok, house had his vicodin taken away by cuddy, the only way to get ahold of pain meds was to take some from wilsons recently dead patient. House had stolen them from the pharmacy and took them home where he had taken too much. Wilson found him and left him there.. The cop did notice and took back the deal in which he had offered him earlier that week.

He overdosed because it just felt so good to have them that he couldn't stop taking them. The reason he took Oxycotin was because he couldn't get ahold of anything else. Addicts will take what they can get when they are going through withdrawals. And the cop did find out later, but apparantly just wasn't around when he actually took them.

he did it because he neede it and he didnt use vicodin cuz he couldn due to the fact that he was a junkie and that is the on;y remotly close drug to his pain killers.i think.
