So far they seemed to get along fine. The kitten sometimes sits in the box that the hamster's in and watches her. The hamster ignores her. Is there a problem with this? If so, how can I solve it? BTW, can someone tell me some games that I can play with my kitten?

I would suggest you keep the hamster away from the kitten. About the games... get some toys. I have seen a cat fetch before. You can research on how 2 train your cat 2 do that. If you start taking your cat for walks @ a young age he might stick 2 it and it can be fun.

Hope this helps!

If your kitten grows up with the hamster they'll probably be fine. Just keep an eye on them and if the kitten starts to get aggressive with the hamster protect the hamster. Prey pets mixed with predator pets can have bad consequences sometimes but I think you'll be ok from what you've described.

Kittens are really good at making up games, just a piece of thick string, maybe attached to a stick is something they will really enjoy. A crumpled up piece of paper to bat around is also good.

I make really cool cat and dog toys by taking 100% wool blankets or garments from the thrift store, washing them in very hot water and dry them - this 'felts' the fabric and makes it very dense - cut it into strips and braid it and/or tie knots in it to make all sorts of toys. My pets and my friends and families pets love these toys - they can also be put in a baggie with fresh catnip sprigs to make them extra interesting.

I also make pet beds with the wool by cutting it into strips, folding it lengthwise, braiding it then sewing it into a coil like an old fashioned braided rug. I started with regular rug braiding but I like the smaller project of pet beds better. All my pets and my friends pets now have these wool beds and they love them! The wool retains body heat and the animals naturally gravitate to them.

Good luck with your wonderful pets!

It's better to seperate them, one day, the cat might eat the hamster, you never know. Close the box so the cat can't open it too. I don't know about kitten games though, I havn't owned a kitten.

It's okay as long as the hamster never gets out of the cage, or the cat never gets in!

Eventually the cat's predator instinct is going to kick in. Better to keep them separated.

YOUR CAT IS GOING TO EAT THE HAMSTER IN A LITTLE WHILE. PLEASE SEPERATE THEM BECAUSE THAT HAMSTER DOESNT DESERVE IT! GIVE THAT CAT A BALL TO PLAY WITH.
