I'm soo skinny, I'm 4'11 & weigh 90 pounds. I want to get thick ! But, what are some high calorie food's ? How do I get thick ? lol I know this is really weird to be asking but, I don't want to be skinny anymore. I want more meat on me, because I barely have much on me & it's hard to find jean size's. Don't get me wrong, I'm good for my age and everything & I eat,but, I want to get thick ! You know like booty, thighs, & hip's, just look full'er.
Maybe my metabolism's fast ?

Metabolism and genetic make up is a big deal when it comes down to weight control. I had a girl friend who was like (physically built) you. She got thicker from her diet (she ate crazy amounts of meat and potatoes, that sticks to you good), and she worked out (she lifted weights). The weight training made her body feed off of all the protein she was taking in and she got thick.... that good thick too!
So I say hit the gym, do some squats, lunges and leg lifts and eat some good fulfilling food. Than next thing you know... hips, thighs and booty... my favorite ;)

I have the same exact problem as you! i'm 6'0" and I weight 120 pounds...i wear like a size 0 and 1 and i want to gain weight sooo bad! I've actually gained 2 pounds in the past month. What you need to do is eat a lot...but make sure its all good for you. Eat a lot of protein like fish twice a week, eat some form of meat every day, with a veggie, and beans and rice...lots of beans and rice. Also, during the day if u want something sweet get a smoothie with soy protein in it. Eat oatmeal for breakfast, or something else thats kind of thick like that. Also, if you eat a lot of sugar, b/c sugar digests really easily, your digestion muscles don't get used like they should so when you eat meats and such, they don't digest right and it makes it hard for you to gain weight. Also, you need to work out!! Like not cardio, but go to your gym and get on the machines that work your legs...if you look on women's fitness websites, they often have ways for you to gain weight. try reading this article...it'll tell you what to do http://www.muscleandfitnesshers.com/training/80

Are you a younger lady? Maybe you haven't fully developed yet; there is no diet that gives you hips! lol You have to wait for puberty to take its toll for that. Don't eat crappy foods just because they're high in calories; have lots of whole grains and fruits and dairy and white meat! And exercise...it will build muscle mass so when you do get "thicker" it won't just be globby fat!! haha Good luck!

Uh, the whole thick thing....wat's with that? I think you should stick to the way God made you. Stop trying to be like what urban society tells you is attractive.Anyway, if you are that desperate to change yourself...don't go for the high calorie food, that will only provide disease in the future. You need to have more protein(meats:fish, chicken, beans) Its good to get in some toning exercises 2.

If I needed to move through frame most effective and no longer face in any respect I could select thick. She has a ladies's frame. The thin chick has the frame of a few pre-pubecent thin teenage boy. And the massive lady, I believe, has the nicest face, however just a little to gigantic frame sensible.

If you want to get some junk on your trunk, I suggest the classics, chips, oreos, and Ben & Jerry's icecream. Did you know that just ONE oreo has 90 calories in it?
If you still want to look fit and have more junk, work out your muslces more and bulk up a little. I was always scared to do the stairmaster because I heard it'd make your butt bigger (I'm trying to SHRINK my booty - you can have some of mine if you want! lol!)

It probably is. Once you get into later stages of puberty hips will grow and your body will change. I don't think eating high calorie foods is the answer. Maybe bigger portions for dinner??? I don't know. Don't beat yourself up about it, everyone is beautiful as they are

Eat high-fiber foods and do moderate weight training. For a better butt and thicker legs, do squats and ride a bicycle. There's a workout plan called "The Firm" that has a special step called the "Fanny Lifter".. (funny name, but it works).

eat fast food all the time, just don't go too far cuz then you'll be trying to lose weight. Since you're short, weight will show easier, Good Luck girl
