I am a 15 year-old girl that isn't too girly but isn't like jock crazy either! I do not want an ipod, wii or anything too expensive like that because i don't want her to spend too much money on me because i have 3 other siblings that she needs to buy things for too! You are such a lovely girl, and so kind to your mom. But I don't know how to give you suggestions, because I don't know what do you prefer to. So I attach some web pages, hope that will be helpful. Have a happy holiday!;)

It's always best to save the money and not buy the things that you don't need or want. But since your mom asked, you could say 'Thanks for asking, but really anything is fine!". Or if you want to let her know exactly what you want, say giftcards to your favorite stores (like $20 - $30) or perfume (even though it's really girly?). I think a cute watch or a bracelet is nice, too. There are many cute accessories or if you like sports, something to do with sports is nice.

I agree with most of the other people. Ask for a gift card or music. Be specific, like "I would like Toby Keith's new CD, Honky Tonk University" or something. Works for movies too. My mom asked me the same thing, and i'm 23! I told her movies I wanted and a few books. If you give her titles, will help her search for them.
Merry Christmas!

Money... That's always good.
I personally like X-Box, so I ask for those games...
Movies like X-Men 3 or Pirates of the Carribian...
Umm... CDs. I don't have many, so a new one is always fun!
And practical stuff. My matress is really crappy, so I asked for a new one,. I also asked for weights... I've been getting too lazy to do my running that I usually do... too cold!

Well, that's all I want for Christmas... I hope I've given you a few ideas!

Tell her its time to start caring about your financial future. Have her buy you your first stock in a company. You can get into some for as little as $50.oo and don't need a broker for many companies. Search "direct stock purchase plans" here on the web.

No time like the present to get interested in YOUR financial future!!!

here's some things I asked for or I suggest randomly:
* victoria's secret PINK flip flops, about $15
*some gift card... starbucks, wet seal, target
*a specific CD
*makeup- running low on eyeliner?
*a beta fish!
Does everything have to be a surprise? me and my family go shopping and sometimes I find what I like- all they do is buy it for me and still put it under the tree. Wouldn't it be a hard them to pick out an outfit for you?

You could ask for some books you really want to read or some art supplies. It's nice to hear that there are great kids like you - so considerate! Your mom must be very proud.
